Strong leadership in the workplace often helps your employees create a vision for themselves, which in turn increases cooperation and teamwork. Every year I set goals and intentions. One of my intentions this year was "Let me see." I know that what I see with the naked eye is not everything there. As a leader, if you are willing to look at your employees, employees, and team members from different perspectives, you can influence others. Here are three examples of how to find and encourage the best people in other areas to increase cooperation and teamwork, and what you need to do.
Seeing their glory
As a leader, you don't need to do everything on your own. Isn't that a relief? You can rely on the brilliance of others. I realized this recently, when I realized that I was very grateful for the talent of my team. I don't need to do my best in all aspects. I have excellent team members who can catch my grammar mistakes, link me with other great partners, or provide ideas to help me improve the process. How much time is saved, I no longer need to keep up with the latest technical tips and techniques, because my team members have all the talent I need. Seeing the brilliance of others will save you time and increase your work efficiency.
Requirements
In order to see the brilliance of others, you must give up the need for all glory and you must let others step into the spotlight.
See through their masks
Our human monsters are strange creatures. When we feel fragile, fearful or threatening in any way, we wear a mask to protect ourselves. When we feel incompetent, we will compensate. I learned that when someone stimulated me or pulled strings, I was fooled by their masks. If someone is a bit too sensitive to my taste, or behaves annoyingly, or uses too much irony, I now remember to see through the mask. I know that due to the need to overcompensate something, the pendulum has been rocking to one side. I would like to see through the mask and the other's soul.
Requirements
In order to see through the masks, you cannot confuse their actions with their nature or their possibilities. You may need to clarify expectations or set boundaries, or unfortunately you may even need to let someone leave, but you will do so without confusing the relationship between them and potential people.
See their potential
The way we gain confidence is through the mirror of the relationship. If I don't have some cute mirrors that reflect my internal potential, I will still pack cheese in a factory, drive a forklift or do a sanitation job on Friday night. When someone is struggling, we must see for them what they cannot see. If we cannot do this for them, we will contribute their internal drama so that they are no longer the people they came to this world.
Requirements
In order to see their potential, you must respect them as a person, and discount them to tell you why they do not measure the story. You must go beyond the current reality and help them understand their possibilities.
Workplace leaders often require leaders and managers to help employees see things they can't personally experience. By helping your employees see their potential and possibilities, you can increase their level of commitment to teams and organizations.
