ABWE personnel who stay at the Wingate by Wyndham need to pay the hotel and request reimbursement through Missionary Finance. ABWE Guest Services also has a block of rooms reserved for participants in the Good Soil Seminar. Guestrooms are located on the ABWE property and include a private bath, cable TV and internet. Prices ranges from to per night. To make a reservation, please contact GuestServices@abwe.org. To secure the ABWE rate at the Wingate or reserve a room in ABWE Guest Housing, identify yourself as a participant in the Good Soil Seminars and give them the ABWE Confirmation Code when you make your reservation. The Confirmation Code will appear on your registration confirmation notice once you submit your registration online. The block of rooms will be released one month prior to the training event, so secure your reservation early. Discounts There are no discounts available for this course. Check In The check-in process will begin 30 minutes prior to the first session. You will receive a name tag which will identify you as a registered attendee. Daily Schedule Morning Session 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Lunch 12:30 p.m.–1:30 p.m. Afternoon Session 1:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m. On Tuesday, October 6, an afternoon class will be held from 1:30p.m.-4:30 p.m. Child Care Please note that we cannot provide or accommodate child care on site during this course. Meals Lunch will be provided at the ABWE Administration and Training Center each day you are registered and the cost is included in your seminar fee. Your name tag will be your ticket for lunch. You will be responsible for your own breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is included in your room fee at the Wingate by Wyndham and several restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. ABWE Guest Services provides a self-serve continental breakfast and a kitchen shared by guests in four rooms. Transportation ABWE will not be able to provide transportation for these events. Please make all of your own travel arrangements.
