Tecnogas 48 Inch Gas Range with 2 Sealed Burners, 4 Induction Zones and Griddle This selection from Tecnogas combines two (2) gas burners, four (4) induction zones and an integrated griddle in one powerful, versatile range. Induction elements provide a flame and gas-free solution to cooking and heat much faster than traditional gas and electric burners. The four (4) induction elements offer a combined output of 7,400 watts. Two (2) sealed gas burners offer a combined output of 24,500 BTU/h. The special Power Burner can bring water to a boil rapidly. Plus, the cooktop's integrated griddle is great for preparing eggs, pancakes, melts or for filleting fish. Two (2) ovens provide a total capacity of 8.7 cubic feet. The primary oven features two (2) convection fans. Convection ovens continuously circulate hot air for food that's cooked thoroughly and to perfection - you'll taste the difference right away. The dual ovens' cooking functions include Light, Defrost, Gas Cooking, Gas Convection Cooking and Broil.
