Leadership - Let others book

The role of the leader is to obtain results. Successful leaders recognize that in order to get the best results as quickly as possible, they need to use the full skills, experience, and expertise of their team. They authorize others to deliver. Most of the time people respond, but sometimes there is no delivery. In some cases, this may be a recurring pattern.

Let your people become leaders, and the success of the organization, team, or department you lead is crucial. Surprisingly, many leaders believe it is difficult for others to consider. They avoid doing this, hoping things will get better, and even worse, tell someone about issues related to someone, not those who are trying to deliver. According to my experience, there are five main reasons why leaders do not successfully allow others to consider:

1. They did not make their expectations clear
2. The relationship became too comfortable
3. They began to focus on their position rather than provide results
4. They do not want to be considered bad or girls
5. They do not know how to establish an accountability system

So how can leaders more effectively control others?

Clearly anticipating

excellent leaders spend time explaining to others what they are going to pursue and ensuring that these results are recorded and understood by the individuals who are led.

Making rewards and results clear

If individuals provide results and people do not deliver results, reward rewards must be clear. The latter is particularly important if someone is struggling.

Giving Support and Helping Success

Successful leaders do not let others fail. They provide support and help to maximize the chances of success. This may be through coaching, mentoring, access to resources, or acting as a board of directors.

Focus on results

When leaders lose focus on results, they damage the future of themselves and the organization. In order to avoid this situation, please pay attention to the result.

Maintain Relationship Professional

As a leader, you want to be approachable, friendly and supportive. At the same time, when it comes to relationships, you don't want to be too close, so it's hard to call or deliver bad news.

Bottom Line - Getting results is the price you pay. Do not influence the results by not allowing others to consider what they agree to deliver.
