Effective Leadership: A 22-Point Leadership Test

The difference between becoming a team leader and a leader is great, so people will be happy to follow you. True leadership test is influence. 13. How do I subtly propose better ways of doing things?

14. How do I provide improvement advice without leaving others in a defensive state?

15. Do I start on the job on time and start working immediately in ways that contribute to the team?

17. How do I work hard to improve the morale of my team and other departments?

Back to reread the top five questions of the leadership test. As a team leader or manager, how do you show character, honesty and credibility? I found that when conducting leadership training globally, employees want to see that they are willing to follow the key characteristics of the leader. Can you answer "yes" to most questions? How will other team leaders in the organization score?
