Multiculturalism is nothing more than a multicultural culture that lives in the same society in an organized way. People from different countries, races, traditions and backgrounds live and work together. This amazing feature is an important part of American society.
Many people from different countries began to immigrate to the United States in the 19th century. However, multiculturalism began in the United States when the civil rights movement began in the 1950s. This movement has played a crucial role in highlighting issues such as inequality, discrimination and oppression. American society has had a deeper impact. Comprehensively demand that people from all walks of life should enjoy equal rights. Therefore, different communities and intellectuals come together to demand the rights of persecuted groups such as lesbians, homosexuals, oppressed and elderly people.
In education, no discrimination is allowed and children from all races and cultures are allowed to attend any educational institution. Even in the commercial and industrial sectors, regardless of their background, people have the right to participate equally.
Although there are some flaws in multiculturalism, it should always focus on the advantages. It should not stop a society from absorbing people from different backgrounds.
