The role of leadership in business success

The role of leadership in achieving corporate success is indisputable. The great leader who creates great companies is not "born". You know why? The real leader is learning; it is not automatic. To answer the question of whether the leader was founded or born, the great theorist Mr. Bass assumed Bath's leadership theory at all times (1989 and 1990). He said there are three kinds of leadership theory.

First, trait theory suggests that some personality traits may lead people to naturally become leaders. Second, the Great Events Theory believes that a crisis or important event may cause a person to appear. Third, the theory of transformation believes that people can choose to become leaders and learn leadership skills. This third theory is the basis of this article.

In other words, you have no reason to say that before you become a leader, you may either wait to find your leadership practice or wait for the crisis to emerge before the big event theory asserts that you assume the leadership role. But you choose to become a leader by learning leadership skills, as dictated by change theory.

You know, we are all born with leadership potential. However, we have the responsibility to develop it, nurture it, and make it born. It will not just come out of it. It needs your attention to develop it. It's about you becoming a leader.

A philosopher once said that leadership has five areas: self leadership, leading another person, leading a group, leading an organization or company, and finally leading a country. If you carefully observe the above five areas, you can clearly see the progress of becoming a leader. If you can't lead yourself, you can't lead people to talk about leading an organization.

Everything you do today and everything that you will become tomorrow will be attributed to your leadership in the business process. As leadership expert Warren Bannis puts it: " A company with insufficient capital can borrow money, a place with insufficient funds can move; but a company with a lack of leadership has almost no chance of survival .

What is leadership? What does it mean to be a leader? How do leaders and leadership influence the company or organization? Let us first look at the definition of leadership. Leadership is an influence relationship between leaders and followers. They intend to reflect the real changes and results of their common purpose.

Leadership involves influence. It occurs between people. These people are eager to demand major changes. These changes reflect the shared recommendations of leaders and followers. An important aspect of leadership is influencing others to come together around a common vision. Therefore, the leader is a visionary who influences, motivates, communicates, and motivates followers to do what they usually do not want to do.

Leadership has a strong influence on building successful companies. First, leaders let things happen—they are catalysts for business success; they challenge the status quo; they are visually driven; their ideas are different. Second, leaders are managed through the era of change—they determine the direction; they are target makers and target winners; they move the organization from where they are to where they are needed. Third, leaders are revolutionaries—they face reality and mobilize appropriate resources; they encourage others to do the same; their traces cannot be erased.

Leadership expert John Maxwell defined the five levels of leadership in order to better define the role of leaders in a company or organization: position leader, relationship leader, result-oriented leader, personnel development leader, and finally It is a respected leader.
