In our endless battles, we often feel frustrated in seeking the highest quality leadership, because many people seek and gain a cloud of leadership and/or non-specific trends! Often, because the political process rewards the political process of telling voters what they want to hear rather than the fact that they are often less popular, many organizations eventually appear as failed or disqualified elected leaders! However, after forty years of identifying, ranking, training, developing, and consulting thousands of actual and/or potential leaders, I gradually realized that anyone who wants to be a true leader is obliged to do so.
