When we sell our goals, we portray a positive exit scenario - where we are going instead of going. "I hope we can be the team with the highest business performance" - not "We can't enter the middle of the year this year".

Clear picture depicting the ultimate goal - followers can see it and clearly visualize it. Make it very attractive and relevant to your specific group. "We will have such great success that every new employee wants to join this team."

The second step is to make plans. How can we go there? You don't need to develop the entire plan - but you need to have steps 1 and 2 and these must be meaningful to the team. Recognition wins quickly - it's best to generate it from the team itself and make this the first step.

Step 3 is to sell it, persuade them that it is worth it, and get their approval. The language we use for effective leadership is the real "sales" language - all positive languages ​​and very relevant to your team members. We declare the ultimate goal of "promotion" and the efforts of "benefit". Prepare a list of benefits first, then select 2-3 under each heading, and then study how to describe these words in a way that suits your team.

When determining income, cover 5 areas -

1. Company - What are the benefits to our company of achieving this goal? What is the use of this for them?
2. Customers - What are the benefits to customers?
3. Team - If we achieve this goal, how will the team benefit?
4. Team leader/manager - If the team achieves this goal, how will I benefit?
5. Team Members - What is the content of this team member/each team member?

First draw the image of the target - what it is. Next is the benefit of the sequence listed above. Then, the vision of success and the "can do" element.
