This year we worked with all our customers on Big Things. The energy that is strengthened and maintained is vibrant and dazzling.
Big things require big ideas to make them alive. What industrial leaders, business leaders, and entrepreneurial elites are discussing here. These are boundless people - get more with less struggle. They are destroying neighborhoods, bridging the gaps, and sailing through the horns to the wild beyond. These are the important ideas they are using to maintain stable turmoil.
Team Compass
Now more than ever, a solid team compass is needed to guide their focus and efforts. We need a solid resonance goal beyond the stamping schedule and word processing. We need to feel useful and part of something bigger, better and more useful to the planet. What does the job mean?
The team compass has four points:
• North: Value - what we care about
• East: purpose - people we serve
• south: quality - our behavior
• West: The result - what we do for the people we serve
Unlimited teams use their compass to survive the toughest days - the darkest challenges. They mentioned it in a team meeting. They use it to formulate strategies. They print on their coffee cups.
Neighborhood
The endless team and leaders are fierce in their review of what they have encountered. They scrubbed decks, removed bulky systems, repeated and various wastes. They flatten the hierarchy and simplify the process. They are wary of the dangers of the status quo and cause them to blindly fall into depression. They do nothing to those sacred cows who can only work and occupy space.
They are also looking for their own internal blocks. They carefully examine the beliefs and assumptions that make them lazy and complacent. They noticed the treason and the lessons that came with it - the leadership was lost and the decisions were not sufficiently rigorous.
They are agile sailors who can quickly adjust sails to predict the situation.
Gap
Borderless teams know where they are going and see the gap ahead. They are rigid in self-assessment and are honest about the skills they lack and their ability to hone. They eat humble pancakes for breakfast and guide important work. They ask questions. They seek help. They explore ideas. They read widely. They embrace feedback. They recorded the lesson. They record interrogation thinking.
They are not alone. They know that more people will provide more value. They learn wisdom from others' experiences and invite conflicts to help them improve their thinking. They are committed to free lives. They practice opening their hearts. They take good care of themselves, so there is more to give.
Every day, little tricks are taken to create ideas.
What actions can you take to push you to the future? Are you ready for your team compass? Are you cleaning up the neighborhood? Are you closing the gap? Are you seeking support?
